Privacy Policy

VoidConvert is run by Deremar Services ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the VoidConvert website and app, why we collect it, and your choices. We follow applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as it comes into force.
1. What we collect
- Files you upload. We use them only to do the conversion you asked for. Uploaded files and converted results are deleted automatically after 24 hours, or sooner.
- Job logs. For each conversion we keep the file name, file type, size, output format, status, error messages and timestamps. This helps us run, secure and improve the service.
- IP address and basic technical data, such as browser type and device. We use these for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.
- Email address (optional). Only if you join our updates list or contact us.
- Contact messages. Your name, email and message when you use the contact form.
We do not ask for your Aadhaar, PAN, bank details or other sensitive personal data. If you upload a document that contains such information, it is processed only for the conversion and then deleted as described above.
2. How we use it
- To convert your files and deliver the results to you.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To reply to your messages and, if you signed up, to send occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand overall usage, such as which converters are popular, using aggregated data.
3. We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data or your files. We do not use your files to train AI models.
4. Third parties we use
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our servers and store data temporarily.
- Google text-to-speech (optional). Used only if you choose the "Google voice" option. The text of your document is then sent to Google to create the audio. The default voices run on our own servers.
- Nvidia (help chat). If you use the help chat, your chat messages are sent to Nvidia's AI service to generate replies. We do not store chat messages.
- Payment processors for donations, such as Buy Me a Coffee (and its card processors, e.g. Stripe or PayPal). Payments happen on their pages. We do not see or store your card details.
- Analytics (only if enabled). We may use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and conversions. If enabled, it is listed here by name.
We may share information if required by law or a valid order of an Indian court or government authority.
5. How long we keep data
Files: up to 24 hours. Job logs and IP addresses: up to 12 months. Emails and contact messages: until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed.
6. Security
We use reasonable security practices, including HTTPS, limited access and automatic file deletion. No online service is 100% secure, so please avoid uploading highly confidential documents.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent to emails, by writing to voidai.studio@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by law.
8. Children
VoidConvert is not meant for children under 18 without a parent's or guardian's consent.
