Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of VoidConvert (website and app), run by Deremar Services. By using VoidConvert you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

VoidConvert converts files between formats, for example PDF to Word, video to MP3, OCR and text-to-speech. It is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". Features, limits such as the maximum file size, and availability may change at any time.

2. Your files and your responsibility

• You keep all rights to your files. You give us permission to process them only to do the conversion.
• Only upload files you own or have the right to use. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringes copyright, or contains malware.
• Files are stored only temporarily, so download your results promptly. Keep your own backups.

3. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service. For example, don't try to break or overload it, scrape it automatically without permission, get around limits, or use it for anything unlawful under Indian law.

4. Accuracy

Conversions, OCR and text-to-speech are automatic and may contain mistakes or lose formatting. Please check important documents before relying on them.

5. Donations

Donations are voluntary and support running costs. They are not payment for any service or feature, and are non-refundable except where required by law or by the payment provider's rules. Payments are handled by third-party processors (such as Buy Me a Coffee) under their own terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deremar Services is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of VoidConvert. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. For a free service, that is zero.

7. Suspension

We may block or limit access if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken or the service is being abused.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Udupi, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
